The Pure MedSpa Story

Welcome to Pure MedSpa, a spa built around beauty, healing, and family heritage.

Pure MedSpa grew out of a family’s passion for both healing and aesthetics. Every guest is treated like family, and from the moment you walk in, the goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and cared for.

The story starts with Dr. Rusul Noori, who believes beauty goes beyond the surface. She wanted to build a space where people could rejuvenate their skin and reconnect with themselves, backed by real clinical care.

The name Pure comes from the ancient Sumerian word “Kú,” meaning purity, radiance, care, and spiritual elevation. In Sumerian culture, Kú described people, objects, and rituals considered purified and elevated. It reflects the values behind the practice: clean, ethical beauty and a respect for tradition.

Dr. Noori is from the region where the Sumerians once lived. Every service at Pure MedSpa is meant to carry that history forward through science-backed treatments and a family-centered approach.

At Pure MedSpa, beauty is personal. Treatments combine modern technology with a human approach, because wellness is about more than how your skin looks. It’s about feeling valued and at home.

Welcome! I’m Dr. Rusul Noori, a dentist with a strong interest in skin rejuvenation and natural beauty. My goal is to build your confidence using advanced technology and quality products, with results that look natural rather than done.

I’ve lived and trained across three continents, and that shaped how I think about building a welcoming, inclusive space where clients feel comfortable and informed. I bring my background in dentistry and aesthetics to Pure MedSpa, guiding our team to deliver care that is both artistic and precise.

I make sure our team receives ongoing training in facial aesthetics and laser treatments, so we're using the safest and most effective techniques available.

As the owner of Pure MedSpa, I stay personally involved in overseeing our services. I look forward to welcoming each client and making sure their experience feels warm and personal from start to finish.

Giving back matters to me, and I support local and international volunteer programs that provide free dental care to underserved communities. Outside the spa, I spend time with family, love animals, and enjoy Middle Eastern music and culture, stand-up comedy, football, and travel.

She came into aesthetics through oral and maxillofacial medicine, so her background is years of hands-on work with facial anatomy, nerves, and bone structure, not just injectables training. She later completed a Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Advanced Aesthetic Training at the National Laser Institute before opening Pure MedSpa in Woodinville.
