Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pure MedSpa website (the "Site") and any services provided by Pure MedSpa ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems;
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our express written consent;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or services.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The Site and services are for informational purposes only and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No information on this Site should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Pure MedSpa or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. Links do not imply endorsement by Pure MedSpa.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURE MEDSPA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE; OR (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure MedSpa and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure MedSpa regarding your use of the Site and services.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.

14. Laser Hair Removal Maintenance Treatments

Clients who purchase and complete a Pure MedSpa laser hair removal package containing at least four (4) sessions may be eligible for maintenance pricing after completing all sessions included in that package.

  • An eligible maintenance treatment is provided at 50% off the current regular single-session price for the same treatment area included in the completed package.
  • The maintenance rate is limited to one (1) treatment per eligible treatment area during any six-month period.
  • The six-month period is measured from the date of the most recent treatment performed for that area.
  • Additional treatments requested or performed for the same area before the six-month period has passed will be charged at the current regular single-session price unless the Client purchases another eligible package.
  • Maintenance pricing applies only to the original treatment area. Expanded, combined, or additional areas are priced separately.
  • Maintenance discounts may not be combined with package pricing, memberships, promotional offers, credits, or any other discount.
  • Pure MedSpa will determine whether a requested treatment qualifies as maintenance based on the Client's treatment history, remaining hair growth, treatment area, and provider assessment. Significant or persistent regrowth requiring a new treatment series may not qualify as maintenance pricing.
  • All maintenance treatments remain subject to consultation, medical appropriateness, contraindications, provider discretion, and treatment availability.
  • Results vary by Client. Laser hair removal provides long-term hair reduction, and permanent or complete hair removal is not guaranteed.

15. Treatment Follow-Ups, Corrections & Maintenance

Certain services may require multiple treatments or ongoing maintenance to achieve or preserve the desired result. Recommended treatment plans, treatment intervals, and estimated numbers of sessions are based on provider assessment and do not guarantee a particular outcome.

  • Routine maintenance treatments and additional sessions are charged at the current regular price unless they are expressly included in an active package, membership, or written promotional offer.
  • A follow-up appointment does not automatically include a complimentary or discounted treatment.
  • A limited corrective treatment may be provided without charge only when Pure MedSpa determines that it is clinically appropriate and necessary to address a clearly missed, untreated, or uneven area from the original service.
  • Dissatisfaction with the degree, duration, or speed of results does not automatically qualify the Client for a complimentary or discounted treatment.
  • Additional treatments recommended because of individual response, ongoing skin concerns, hormonal factors, lifestyle factors, sun exposure, aging, or the natural progression of a condition are considered new or maintenance treatments and are priced accordingly.
  • All follow-up, corrective, and maintenance services are subject to provider evaluation, medical appropriateness, contraindications, treatment availability, and Pure MedSpa's clinical discretion.

Neurotoxin Follow-Ups and Corrective Treatments

  • Clients receiving Botox, Dysport, or another neurotoxin may request a follow-up evaluation within fourteen (14) days of the original treatment. The follow-up evaluation itself does not include guaranteed complimentary product or additional treatment.
  • Neurotoxin results develop gradually. The provider may recommend waiting additional time before performing a corrective treatment when necessary to properly evaluate the final treatment response.
  • If the provider determines that a limited corrective treatment is clinically appropriate to address asymmetry, an under-treated portion of the original treatment area, or another issue directly related to the original service, Pure MedSpa may provide the corrective treatment without an additional product charge at its discretion.
  • Additional units requested to create a stronger effect, further reduce movement, extend treatment beyond the original treatment plan, or treat a new or additional area are not considered a complimentary correction and will be charged at the Client's applicable current per-unit price.
  • Complimentary corrective treatments, when approved, are limited to the original treatment area and may not be transferred, credited, refunded, or applied to a future appointment.
  • Whether additional neurotoxin is appropriate, how many units may be used, and whether a treatment qualifies as corrective or additional treatment will be determined solely by the treating provider based on clinical judgment, safety, treatment history, and the original treatment plan.
