You pay $199 per month and receive up to $400 in monthly treatment credit for eligible Skin & Laser services. Those credits roll over while your membership remains active and in good standing. Injectables are not included unless Pure MedSpa expressly states otherwise in writing.

Pure Elite is a private-access membership tier. Enrollment is granted exclusively via a referral from an existing Elite member or by requesting a private invitation for clinical review. Once an invitation request is submitted, our medical team reviews your history and aesthetic goals. If selected, we schedule a mandatory Elite Consultation to verify that our advanced clinical protocols can effectively meet your needs. Please note that Elite status is strictly capped at a limited number of members to ensure our clinical team can provide the highest level of personalized care. If the tier is currently at capacity, approved applicants will be placed on our Priority Waitlist and notified as soon as an opening becomes available.

Only The Pure Membership ($199) is eligible for a freeze. We allow one freeze of up to one billing cycle per contract year. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required before your next billing date, and your commitment period will be extended by the duration of the freeze.

Neurotoxins have a high immediate treatment cost. This non-refundable setup fee allows us to unlock your treatment access on Day 1, ensuring you don't have to wait months for credits to accumulate before starting your cycle.

Yes. The Pure Bank, Pure Tox, and Pure Elite require a 12-month commitment to guarantee your pricing and benefits. The Pure Membership ($199) requires a 6-month commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month until cancelled with proper notice.

The Pure Bank and The Pure Membership include banked or treatment credits that roll over while your membership remains active. Because Pure Tox and Pure Elite are built around specific treatment cycles and advanced monthly services, unused units or services do not roll over.

If you cancel before your commitment ends, a retroactive pricing adjustment (clawback) applies. You will be billed the difference between the discounted member pricing you received and our standard retail pricing for all services, units, and discounts used during your term.

No. To maintain clinical safety and personalized treatment tracking, all memberships, credits, and units are strictly individual and non-transferable.

If a payment is declined, your member benefits, pricing, and booking access are immediately suspended until the account is brought current. This ensures we can maintain the high level of service required for our active members.
