How is this different from masseter treatment for jaw clenching?
Jawline slimming and masseter treatment for jaw clenching both target the masseter muscle, but for different goals. Jawline slimming is focused on facial contouring, softening a square or wide jawline. Masseter treatment for jaw clenching is focused on relief from clenching, grinding, and related jaw tension. Many clients see both benefits from one treatment, but your provider will tailor your dose based on your priority.
How does Botox® & Dysport® slim the jawline?
Botox® & Dysport® relax the masseter muscles. If those muscles are enlarged or overactive, they may gradually shrink in appearance, creating a softer lower-face contour.
How long does jawline slimming take to show?
Muscle relaxation begins within days, but visible slimming usually develops gradually over several weeks and may improve with consistent treatments.
Will jawline Botox® & Dysport® affect chewing?
